So this past week I was hanging out with Jordyn and playing on the floor for a while when I decided to pick up the living room and put some clothes away. First, I grabbed a dress that she was going to wear, but I decided to put it away in her room instead. I was gone for all of 20 seconds and when I came back, she was on her belly. First of all, she has never even attempted to roll over before so I thought it was a total fluke! Well, sure enough, I caught her on video the next day rolling onto her belly! Now we have to practice getting back onto her back so that I am not paranoid throughout the night. I know, I know... how did we ever survive as babies when our parents laid us on our tummies to go to bed?
We've been staying pretty busy lately. We went to a cookout at Curran & Cindy's house and they had some amazing fireworks!! Jordyn loved it and smiled the whole time! Yesterday we went to church and then stayed for her buddy Garrett's baptism. Mom & Jordyn are never apart, but pretty soon I will be back to work and Jordyn will get to make new friends in daycare. It will be a sad sad week.
